Asana: COVID-19 Asana License Support

Asana would love to support nonprofits working in medical research and disaster response related to COVID-19. If your nonprofit is on the front lines of research & testing of COVID-19, they’d like to offer a free one year subscription to Asana Business for nonprofit organizations that are new or current Asana Basic customers. Free licenses to qualifying nonprofit organizations

Box: Free Box Business Plus to Nonprofits

Box makes it easy to access information from anywhere and collaborate with anyone to power how the world works together. Box is offering free Box Business Plus through the end of the year for nonprofits working on COVID-19 mitigation or response. Additionally, Box will provide unlimited licenses for current Box customers (over $5K) through April 10th. Box will continue to offer donated access for eligible nonprofits (10 seats, 100GB). Comcast NBCUniversal: Internet Essentials Customers 

Comcast NBCUniversal has offered 60 days free to new Internet Essentials customers if you apply by June 30, 2020. After promotion, regular rates apply. 

For new and existing Internet Essentials customers, Comcast has increased the speeds to 25 Mbps downstream and 3 Mbps upstream. They have also opened small business and public Xfinity WiFi hotspots for all, announced no late fee penalties or non-pay disconnects for 60 days, lifted 1TB data plans for all for 60 days.

Additionally, any household with outstanding debt owed to Comcast may be eligible for Internet Essentials. Comcast is  waiving this qualification if you apply and are approved by 6/30/2020. After 6/30/2020, standard eligibility rules apply.

Google: Hangouts Meet

In March 2020, Google announced Hangouts Meet Premium features were launched to all G Suite editions until July 1, 2020. They made the advanced Google Meet video-conferencing capabilities available at no cost to all G Suite Basic, Business, Education, and Nonprofit customers. As of April 9, 2020, Google has extended this offer availability until September 30, 2020, to ensure businesses, organizations, and educators can continue their work during this crisis. Medallia: Free Crowdicity for Nonprofits

To help nonprofits gain access to communities with their crowdsourcing tool, Medallia is offering Medallia Crowdicity, free for 6 months for all new nonprofit customers (501c3 or international equivalent). This offer includes out-of-the box templates so nonprofits can crowdsource actionable ideas from their community on how to engage volunteers, virtualize fundraisers, support their new remote workforce, and more. New Relic: COVID-19 Relief for Businesses 

New Relic is a San Francisco, California-based technology company which develops cloud-based software to help website and application owners track the performances of their services. New Relic has announced it is offering 90 days of free access to New Relic One to any new organization – nonprofits, for-profits, and governments – across the globe engaged in COVID-19 relief efforts with a specific public benefit. Okta: Free Services for Businesses

Okta Identity Cloud provides software that helps companies manage and secure user authentication into modern applications. Developers can build identity controls into applications, website web services and devices. Any organization that is new to Okta can start using Okta Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for five applications for free for six months. Sign up here.

Oracle Netsuite: COVID-19 Relief for Businesses

Oracle NetSuite provides cloud software and services to manage nonprofit business finances, operations, and customer relations worldwide. Nonprofits of all sizes are eligible for a base donation of their nonprofit solution software with no-cost activation.

PagerDuty: COVID-19 Relief for Businesses

PagerDuty is an American cloud computing company that produces a Software as a Service (SaaS) incident response platform for IT departments. PagerDuty.org is supporting organizations working across sectors and taking real-time action for good. For healthcare organizations on the front lines of COVID-19, PagerDuty offers 20 free licenses to your PagerDuty Team package for new and current healthcare customers (6-month term). RingCentral: COVID-19 Assistance Program

RingCentral technology enables effective communication and collaboration during COVID-19 for distributed and mobile teams and organizations while minimizing risks to health and safety. Has your organization been impacted by the pandemic? Are you an educator (K-12 or community college) facing closure due to COVID-19, or a healthcare provider, government entity, news media organization, or nonprofit fighting COVID-19? Salesforce.org: COVID-19 Support

Salesforce is a customer relationship management solution that brings companies and customers together. Their integrated CRM platform gives all of your departments (including marketing, sales, commerce, and service) a single, shared view of every customer.

Through Health Cloud, Salesforce is offering free access for qualified emergency response teams, call centers, and care management teams for health systems affected by coronavirus. 

To help teams collaborate while employees are working from home, Quip Starter will be available for free to any Salesforce customer or nonprofit organization through September 30, 2020.

Slack: COVID-19 Support

Slack is a collaboration software company that provides businesses and organizations a secure virtual workspace for all communications, including voice and video calling, messaging, and integrated file sharing. Slack is supporting all nonprofits and other organizations carrying out critical COVID-19 relief efforts with free access to a Slack plan for three months. Apply here or

Trello: Free 12 month Subscription/Upgrade

Atlassian developed a visual collaboration tool, called Trello, for teachers and professors worldwide to plan coursework, collaborate with other faculty, and organize their classrooms. To support your digital classroom, Atlassian is providing a 12 month free subscription or upgrade to Trello Business Class for all teachers and instructors working in K-12 or higher education. 

Twilio.org: Kickstarter Credit

Twilio is a cloud platform used to connect you with your supporters, beneficiaries, and volunteers, anywhere in the world via voice, short message service (SMS), and video. Twilio.org is inviting social impact organizations (nonprofits, B Corps, social enterprises, and volunteer groups and companies working on communications) to sign up for the Impact Access program. You will receive a $500 kickstarter credit and other exclusive discounts on Twilio.
