Towards Improving Teacher Wellbeing in the US: What We Can Learn From The COVID-19 Pandemic

As a UOP alumni, Alice is conducting a research project through the UOP Center for Educational and Instructional Technology Research (CEITR) as part of the CEITR community effort, “Responding to COVID-19 Crisis” but this is not limited to UOP teachers.

The project is called “What We Can Learn From The COVID-19 Pandemic: How Educational Leadership Can Best Support Teachers In Responding To Emergencies To Reduce Negative Impacts on Teacher Wellbeing.”

We hope that responses will help us better understand challenges faced by teachers in performing their jobs in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. The findings will assist organizational leaders within educational institutions in better understanding the struggles teachers are currently dealing with, and how they can best support teacher wellbeing and help teachers during this time.

Eligibility Criteria: We hope to seek IRB approval for further studies relating to other teacher groups in the future but for right now, this study is for teachers working in the United States (aged 18 and up).

Time Commitment: It is estimated that this survey will take between 15-20 minutes to complete.
